How to Avail

  • Log in to your GlobeOne app account.
  • Go to the “Rewards” tab from the dashboard.
  • Choose SMAC and select your preferred voucher denomination from the Rewards Catalog.
  • Click “Redeem” to confirm the redemption.
  • Click “View My Voucher Pocket” to reveal your voucher code and tap to copy it.
  • Log in to your SMAC account at smac.ph to use the voucher.
  • Click on “Vouchers” from the dashboard and paste the voucher code.
  • Click on “Claim” to confirm the redemption and “Finish” to complete the transaction.

  • Open to SMAC Start, SMAC, and SMAC Prestige members with a Globe Rewards account.
  • The voucher code must be entered on the SMAC website.
  • SMAC points will be credited within 24 hours after claiming on the SMAC website.
  • No limit on points conversion, provided members have sufficient Globe Rewards points.
  • Conversion to other SMAC accounts is allowed.
  • Reversal of SMAC points from Globe Rewards is not allowed.
